Unless they had ecus stocked sitting around for 8 months that's a good indication it's locked. If the date of manufacture is 2/21 no way it has a pre June 2020 ecu. We'll, anything is possible, but...
My active autowerkes exhaust rattles exactly like how you are describing yours. It's hitting that cross member brace like others have said. I just haven't had a chance to install thicker washers for that brace.
I agree the stock steering wheel is no good. I didn't realize how bad it was until I installed this. The paddle shifters feel amazing. Absolutely love them compared to stock. They are narrow but feel great with my hands.
Does it stay on everytime? They may disconnected battery for whatever reason and then reconnected. Mine did this after I disconnected battery. After a couple of on and off drives it no longer exists. In short, it seems it has to recalibrate itself. Hopefully that's your case and nothing is wrong.
