been catching up on racelouver youtube channel and the hood they tested in this video is actually very similar to the TV style
quick ask, can anyone with a triple seven vent measure the dimensions? getting tired of waiting to see if this thing will ever come back and the RaceLouver one is...
EPA just handed out a fine to COBB this week. 2.9 million. We should probably get unlocked and tuned before it's too late...

They called out tuning software AND sport cats.
while OP has a 2020 which can be unlocked and tuned easily, he would need to ensure either boost or RPM is programmatically limited in the DME and it's reflected in the dyno graph that he submits (or at the onsite dyno, if there is one). you can't just tell the race director "I promise to short...
To have the benefit of stiffer spring rate and increased tire-to-perch clearance, without the downsides of sub-optimal suspension geometry and reduced ground clearance.
The gear wrench set has NO missing socket sizes. my biggest pet peeve when sets will randomly omit a 13mm or something.
'
When I filtered out what I care about, only the Dewalt and GearWrench came out ahead. Everything else had too much useful stuff missing.
Dewalt uses an annoying design...
hard to tell, but most likely a pipe-body turnbuckle. and the end is probably a straight balljoint rod end bearing.
note that rods that run parallel to the wing will NOT reduce wobble. You could add three or four rods like that and the uprights will still wobble. You can Google...
Do you have pictures of the setup?
fun fact. this setup is similar in concept to ww2 biplanes. one set of landing cables prevents the wings from sagging when parked, another set of flying cables prevents the wings from snapping upwards when generating lift in flight.
quick update. the speed sensor based tpms will catch a tire that is low by about 7-ish psi.
however I'm not sure what the criteria is for it to turn back off. drove for about 20 mins after refilling and it the light is still on. does it somehow need to be turned off manually going forward?
You are literally typing and sending this from a video camera. Upload a video.
also, the bumper and hood don't look like the same shade. This naturally happens as paint ages, but your car is nowhere near old. Hopefully I'm wrong here.
on chassis mounted wings with tall brackets, its not uncommon to see wobble regardless of how much you crank down the bolts. installing diagonal tension cables is much more cost (and weight) effective than trying to machine thicker mounts/uprights/brackets. you can either do a single diagonal...
nope still there. i crawled under the car during my last oil change and turned the wheels side to side with my feet. definitely coming from the rack area.
But reading about bmw steering rack and lower spindles issues, mine doesn't have a characteristic dead spot or any steering wheel feedback...
If you're talking about the JB4, diff the logged outputs for FF and WGDC. This is the PID output. In general, the default PID gain of 20 gives the PID a range of +/-8.
OP's problem was a bad microswitch in the latch.

If you want to bypass the switch, I believe you need to use a resistor.
single with gurney works out to 350-ish lbs @120mph. not great, not terrible.
They will need to post chord size for calculating Lift Coefficient purposes (and because some race classes limit wing area).
Edit: I'm dumb, forgot to convert aud to usd. This puts them as a top contender, slightly...
Any chance you can keep an eye on the exhaust cam Vanos angle target/actual as you turn up the Boost, and see if it Trends worse with higher injector demand?
The armytrix dp seems to have a very high success rate (myself included), and i believe the precious metal shavings are the key to making them work. What I remember, the Big Daddy's garage spacers worked as well, the mesh is what failed.
