  1. Official: How to buy a car thread.......

My comment wasn’t about you, there was an obvious bot who commented on a separate thread on Thursday and on this thread yesterday that I was referring to. That’s why I added the edit because the comments and “user” were completely removed.
  2. Important question about oil

The suck-squeeze-bang-blow always requires sufficient lubrication.
  3. 2024 Supra possible diff leak

With the clip for the missing hose that Toyota decided was unnecessary.
  4. Official: How to buy a car thread.......

Great, now we have AI bumping old threads. However, reading a post with proper spelling and grammar is a very nice change of pace. Edit: Well I see this comment didn’t age well in only a few hours. Was looking forward to some of that proper spelling and grammar.
  5. 2024 Supra possible diff leak

    Yes, this is normal.
  6. What did you do to your Supra today?

What the fuck is that even for…
  7. CTEK quick disconnect install

Oh yea, always notice the Supra since I have to step over the cord to get in. But not the wife's car. Seeing that cord dangling when you've stopped the moment before disaster will rattle your sphincter. Little tab of orange electrical tape on the window is now the reminder.

  11. Getting new tire mounted - noob question?

Say those who are blessed with not having the type of personalities, or OCD and such, that constantly try to keep things nice and orderly. It’s a curse and at times an excruciating way to live but can’t be helped. By no means does it make us better than anyone, in fact it probably makes us...
  12. Getting new tire mounted - noob question?

What is wrong with trying to keep something as nice as possible?
  13. What did you do to your Supra today?

Jesus, these fucking wheels truly do look absolutely terrible on everything. Except probably a Nissan Z. They’d be the best looking part on that thing. What’s amazing is they look fantastic when they are refinished in one color.
  14. Can someone please tell me the part number of the OEM engine cover badge?

Unfortunately no, I don’t, and it’s tucked away for winter. But you won’t be disappointed. Mine also has the spot for a badge and I really wanted that “upgraded OEM” look without any hint of aftermarket. Achieved it perfectly.
  15. What did you do to your Supra today?

Never call the local dealer. Instead, get onto Toyota’s national part website, find the part you want, then towards to bottom they show a list of local dealers. Chose whichever dealer you want (they will each show the same part for a different price, usually cheaper than the national site), and...
  16. Can someone please tell me the part number of the OEM engine cover badge?

I got this one to put an OEM style badge on my carbon engine cover. Fit perfectly so I would think it should also work on the OEM cover. Only a few bucks if you wanted to try it. Part# 11291-31050
