You could either tap the holes or install it like @Davidr3 mentioned. The bolt/nut combo is how 2020s installed them since they didn’t come with the OEM strut bars.
Ahh, memories. When you didn’t even have to turn anything on in order to shift into neutral. Just had to pop the little plastic covering on the manual release right next to the shifter.
Doing some, probably crappy, detective work, the website those pictures are from say they are M4. Judging by some digging I would venture a guess they are M4 x 0.7 10mm. Turner has 18-8 stainless in that size for $1.00 per bolt so thinking you could maybe snag a cheap, zinc plated bolt for a few...
