    According to the 2021 US manual it doesn't look like you can have it set to over the speed limit unfortunately. Maybe someone with a 2021 can verify settings.

    I have not seen this reported about the new speed limit change set option for adaptive cruise control on the 2021s as shown in this video. Interesting little update.
