The self steering is done using the assist motor on the rack. The wheel and rack are still connected and will turn together. The only car without a physical connection is the Infiniti Q50/60.

Thanks everyone! I went to a different dealer and we went to the Supra map website and requested a code. I’m annoyed the other dealer did not do as I stated but oh well.

Very reputable company and good gains. My only concern is price. That’s pretty steep when most other tunes are around 5-700 but I wonder if the expertise is worth the cost.

It gets heavier, similar to the M3 in comfort mode which is where I like it. I had a 997 C2S and it was a great handling car. I would say this car is a lot more neutral and has more grip. The 997 had some push mid corner but it’s steering was better by a decent amount.

I wanted to check with the techs on the forum, but my dealer says the physically need the car to request the code necessary to activate the nav system. Is that BS? Because I don’t trust the dealership entirely.

Sounds pretty high to me. I would say 2500-3000 is more reasonable.

15 under boost is pretty darn lean.
