I guarantee that's from people trying to use the bolt to push down the airbag mount instead of pressing it in. Almost happened to me, but I saw a few bits of aluminum and went straight to a C-clamp to press it in.

Did you run into any torque limits or throttle closures? How smooth is the power delivery?

It eventually does, but not quickly enough to be useful. Fuel-It updates rapidly, but the JB4 lags behind to the point of being useless as a measurement.

No. It doesn't update at a reasonable interval. Usually I have to drive about 50 miles before JB4 actually reads properly. Using JB4 readout for Flex fuel content is a bad idea. It's a universal JB4 problem apparently.

Awesome info. I tried a few adapters and they all felt loose and would stop charging if they were touched even slightly. This will probably solve the issue.
