I always get a PPF and tint. I can’t remeber what the last film was for sure, but fairly certain it was Xpel. The tint is always 3M Crystalline, all the way around and fairly light.
Honestly, I wouldn’t go for it from Toyota. High likelihood that it will have bad fitment and worse protection...
I do not disagree with that argument. Yes there are many ways I wish the car would have turned out differently, but, I think the issue with their reviews are not issues with the car itself.
To me, they seem more directed at the fact that the car is not thoroughly a Toyota and I get that, but I...
Not anymore. I forgot who he works for now.
Whatever, he’s just overzealous because he had a preconceived notion for what a Supra is and what it should be. Just like most of the haters.
It’s pretty easy to tell who fits in that camp. If the first 2 paragraphs or minute of video detail how the...
That’s dependent on the public’s perspective on the car in the next 5 years. If it kicks ass and becomes a bona fide legend, then the depreciation will likely be warded off.
The flip side is that it is as unreliable as everybody’s preconceived opinions and that the turn signals really don’t...

The only other negative one I saw was Doug’s and that was more geared towards car politics than how the Supra was objectively.
Motor Trend said the Supra was miles better than the M2C and it also managed to beat out the Cayman.
I will say, that it does have quite a bit more power. The S55 is a very good motor in terms of power and torque (reliability and sound not so much).
However, we also have to remember they are using a Euro market Supra which likely does make less power than the U.S. even if not officially...
I personally have never taken the engine out of the newer BMW's so I have no clue, but I do hear that they are generally fairly easy to fully disassemble.
Really? That's some dedication. I did a downpipe on a friend's N55 135i a few weeks ago in a garage. Just two jack stands. It really sucked haha. The V-band was very difficult to reach even with the rack off.
Oh yes, I am not disagreeing. All am I saying is that I think likely the easiest route would be to drop the subframe if you have the correct equipment available. For the average DIY-er I think that it would be best to lower out the bottom with the steering rack moved. I would be happily...
