So a few questions, does the car have an oil temp gauge, how quickly does it warm up from being totally cold, is the seat angled for side impact protection, and lastly, and most importantly, will you buy or even consider one?
It would be cool yes, but very difficult to do. The radiator would be blocked by a FT1 nose and would have to be split and relocated, and the wing would be extremely difficult to replicate with its hydraulic or electric mechanism.
Wow, mimicry. So tell me, what transmission will the C8 have? Oh right, an auto.
Honestly, I don't really care for DCTs. Maybe you should try one. They all have weird low speed driving behavior, and they often go wrong much more than the comparable auto counterparts. I would implore you to...
I personally have only a little experience with the Supra, full disclosure. However, I have had many long nights with a 94' RX-7 and two NSXs so I think I have as best an opinion someone can have without intimate experience with the A80. My argument is that I always thought it was the least...
Okay here's one thing I do not understand. For one people are saying, "Oh, it's not a supra, its a BMW, they should have built a modern supra!," yet it would seem to me nobody even knows what they want. They all act as if the MKIV is the only supra, yet we have 3 others that were all "supras"...
Hello,
I was just curious how many people in California were planning on buying one of the new Supras within the next year or so? We can maybe gauge interest and possible even start groups, clubs, etc.
Edit: I got my car today! I believe it is the first to arrive on the Western side of the...
With these injectors, you max out the hpfp (high pressure fuel pump) before the injectors limit the flow rate (from my understanding). However, you cannot upgrade the hpfp without significant modification. That is why most direct injected motors running high boost are supplemented using port...
I don't think you can be picky about colors. I think the earliest Supras will all be launch editions which only come in black, red, or white. That means phantom grey will not be available until after the 1,500 or at least a decent portion of them are delivered.
Not really. N55's don't handle as much stock power well, S55's slip the crank hub doing daily driving. B58's so far seem to be fairly good daily driving, but few are big turbo. However, previous BMW's with big turbos seem to maintain most of their livability.
