I think I got a different manual than the rest of you. Mine is incredibly difficult to understand sometimes. It’s almost like it was written in German, translated to Japanese, and then translated again to English. By a middle schooler in China. Wait, never mind…
By the way, I’m also a...
The dye showed it was still coming out around the fill plug, not the breather. The fill plug was previously replaced so this seems like the logical next step to me.
Resurrecting a very old thread. My intermittent drip never completely went away and I finally took it back again for another try. Hopefully this will be a permanent fix this time.
Nope. This is not correct. It's not a safety thing. It's simply dumb. Others on the Venza forums have said the same thing but also didn't think it through. We currently have 4 vehicles with remote start - 2018 Chevy Malibu, 2014 Ford F-150, 2019 F-150, and the Venza. In all but the Venza...
Or change the settings to automatically power down when you open the door to get out. You know, like every single other car I've ever owned over the last 40 plus years. I've said this in a previous thread. Defaulting to the power remaining on for like 6 minutes AFTER I've turned the car off...
Another newly registered, first post for sale item, no pics (with screen name/date) situation. Could be totally legit but this is a classic scammer scenario. Be careful.
They do. I asked this before. In some markets, the 18s are standard on the 3.0 cars and we have at least one member who autocrosses his 3.0 on the 18s. No issues.
For comparison, I ran a best of 11.98 with a 1.74 60' stock. I ran low 20s for tire pressure (don't remember exact), turned all the nannies off, used auto mode with engine/trans in sport+ and shocks in normal. Launched just as described at around 2000-2200 but in auto mode. I did try using...
I'm honestly not seeing much difference but it's probably me. All I know is I purchased used exhaust parts for my previous Mustang and Corvette and it was incredibly obvious they were used. No amount of cleaning was going to get them anywhere near that new looking. Who knows, maybe the OP...
I was mostly looking at the downpipe. That's an exhaust part supposedly taken off a 4,000 mile car. I just see no evidence of it. Looks like a stolen just removed from the box pic to me?
Registered 4/18, first and only post to sell items on same day, not responsive... also says removed all the parts before selling the car stock. Look closer at the pictures. Those parts have not been on a car. Buyer beware.
Me too. In the real world people love this car. Nothing but thumbs up, nice car, the occasional "is that a Supra" which I personally think is fun, cars speeding up or slowing down to get a better look, and cell phones out to take pics and video. I've not had one person say anything negative...
I picked up a cheap set from Amazon. The ad said owning the towels would make me the envy of my neighborhood. It was a lie.
I do like the towels though.
Staying stock for autocross but was pretty pleased with my times. Went twice last year. The first time my best was 12.1 something while I got down to 11.9 the second time. All I wanted was to see an 11, even if it was damn near a 12.0. Got an 11 so I doubt I'll go back again. I just prefer...
Is there any record of the quick jack mechanical locks ever failing? I did a quick search and didn't find anything. Is it even possible? Using a jack stand (also a mechanical lock) as a back up for another mechanical lock just seems unnecessary.
I mean, sure, nothing in life is ever 100%...
