For hail you'll need like a matt between the cover and your car.. and you're going to cover it up each time you hear a storm is heading your way? Depending on how often you use your car, is that even realistic.. to consider covering a wet car mid-rain with a car cover scratching grit all across...
You're right, they do sell taps. I use it on my STI. However, I could not tell which wire was the right one to tap back 4 yrs ago when people did not know what a BMW Supra was  so took the safe route and just tapped the fuse box.
I own three 360C's.. that's a lot of burgers.
Glad noone is crying over not having a PnP harness like those folks over in the horn install thread..
I too just tapped the fuse box under the passenger footwell and ran a wire up the A-pillar and mounted my MAX360C using blend mount. Very cool.
$450 is expensive? I thought that was pretty reasonable.
I heard BigMac meal costs over $10 these days.. now that is faktarded.
If you can't dish out 450, just do what ricors do.. wrap it with CF vinyl.. ? :hide:
Mine is a 2020 (bought new) and have not done the recall on purpose.. so it's fully flashable out of the gate for the next owner when it comes time to sell..it will be a while though. I run JB4 (plenty of power for me) and Eventuri intake for decoration. I left the exhaust alone since it...
Don't. Just let insurance handle it unless you have some shitty insurance for faktards.
If that was my car, I would get the guy's info, file a claim through my insurance, talk to my claims adjuster to get a quote for the repair, get it fixed at a certified BMW or Toyota body shop...
For something that small, I would just stand my super sharp cutting knife blade perpendicular to the rough spot and pull the blade towards me to remove some of the rough plastic. Then just touch it up with matte or satin black enamel paint.
I can fix that completely using putty, sanding, and...
I mean if you can figure out where to hook up your rev signal, I'd just get an Autometer one and call it a day. Those things are super visible.. even from cars behind you and cause them to early shift up.
Yeah, definitely like the OEM looking ones for sure.. Usually when I order 'made to order' floor mats, I go for berber mats. They look OEM and feels OEM.. and very durable.
I too have never had to add oil on my 2020 between my annual oil changes. 1qt every 1k miles.. might as well not do an oil change and just keep adding fresh oil.
I've been driving mine as my weekend GT car on a nice weather day.. I've not had one issue with the car besides CarPlay subscription temporarily getting disabled which I read was due to some BMW's internal clerical error. It fixed itself OTA after a few months and everything works. I punch...
I usually run clearbra, but since most places around here (including myself) only install pre-cuts the edges were quite visible on my black car. I installed one part way and decided I did not like the visible edges and removed it. I just drive 5sec+ behind the car in front of me.
I too...
You want to be very careful with clearbra on aftermarket paint. Some paints I've seen peel off with the clearbra during removal. Clearbra is a wear item and needs to be replaced after a couple of years usually.. unless it's garaged most of the time away from UV.. even so, they discolor after...
