I use liquimoly 5W30. The car seems to like it. What you're seeing on your dash is just a reminder to service it. Comes up after 12 months or 10k miles. Whichever comes first.
They weren't just popular, it's all there was. Only in recent years the switch to auto/DCT happened in European cars when they started to outperform the manual. When I grew up and started driving, seeing an automatic in a car in Europe was as rare as seeing a McLaren F1 on the road lol. We all...
This is why. Because the whole car is modeled after a Formula One car. The nose, the side vents, the rain light style reverse light, and, the cabin.
If that "one guy" is too stupid to get it, that's not Toyota's problem.
That's exactly what they do. They test everything a million times in simulators and wind tunnels. Then they take it to the test to see if their real world data is the same as their computer data. The tests themselves are more for finding problems only driving long distances will show. If cooling...
You didn't install it correctly. You can twist the pipe up so it sits flush. Install the whole thing loosely, then from front to back twist everything up into the tunnel and tighten.
Toe out. Toe out in the front will make the car turn in quicker since the wheel is already pointed towards the outside of the car. It'll also increase tire wear though.
Toe out in the rear will make the car want to oversteer quicker. So I set my cars up with toe out in front, and toe in or...
They've been working on those cars for 2 years. They were supposed to be introduced this season, but because of Covid they delayed it a year. These cars were ready a long time ago.
Go on the BMW forums. Multiple threads saying the exact same thing. I do know what you, and he are experiencing, because mine does it too from time to time. Maybe once every 20 starts or so, it won't rev after start-up or it has the hesitation at the light. As soon as you get going, it's normal...
The throttle thing is across multiple BMW platforms. It holds power for some reason for a few seconds. It is normal, even though it feels weird. No idea what triggers it, it was thought it was a cold start protection, but it's not. It happens during hot starts too. It's like a soft limiter, and...
I WILL have a Supra day, because out of the 2 of us, I'm the only one with a Supra ?
I'm not even going to start about politics, because then this nonsense will never end.
Lmao you're not helping anyone, because you don't even know what was wrong with it
"I don't care what the manual says"
Of course you don't, because common sense is alien to you.
Your car was bought back, sold, whatever, because of electrical problems right? Which has nothing to do...
Lol you're full of shit. None of these links address the loss of power "issue".
It's well documented that it's a common BMW thing, as described in the manual. Go read some BMW forums. It's absolutely normal. But you, you know better. An "expert" that freaked out and sold his car
