Good points. Chalk it up to my feeling a certain kind of way about no F1 in Germany...
Either way, Monaco has outlived its usefulness as a points race. Great spectacle, terrible "racing". Maybe make it an exhibition or something.
Great article in The Race today about Jos complaining behind...
Yes, the commentators did say that. Monaco has some unique deals around advertising and TV coverage that other tracks don't get, which is an annoyance to F1/Liberty. Plus their hosting fee is cheap compared to what other countries pay. I tend to think the public statements are posturing to...
I think that is right. Ferrari will already be in the position of having to take grid penalties strategically which is another big handicap in the title battles. Everything is swinging RB's way at present.
Seems like 93 imposes a pretty hard ceiling on these cars whether you are on stock turbo or a Pure stuffed turbo. Is E50 really the only way to go to get into the 500 whp range?
Ehhh, if a family member or friend got hurt that's one thing. But you can always get another car (eventually). It's hard AF but walking away is a whole lot better than escalating the situation. I assure you there are thousands of people in prison who wish they had just walked away from some...
Gutted for Charles. He did everything right and outdrove Max again only to be let down by forces outside his control. Just shows everything regresses to the mean eventually.
Also gutted for Checo. He was faultless all day unlike Max but still got the team orders call even though Max would’ve...
Well, de Vries and Piastri are the two drivers that really ought to be in F1 right now. Latifi really wouldn't have that seat but for the financial package he brings.
I forgot RB's chief aerodynamicist went to Aston, so it's not super surprising they might've come out in the same place...
With respect, it may be better if you take the high road and just don't engage with Viscunti. You can put him on the ignore list in the hopes of putting the thread back on track.
The Q50 3.0T is probably a decent proxy since its the same motor, same basic platform.
The Z is a good start. Competition is good. I'm glad they are trying to make it accessible at that $40K price point. It just needs another step in performance to be properly competitive with the Supra 3.0.
I have always taken my Supra to Ted at Books Performance.
another option is Brothers’ Garage in South Arlington but I haven’t been there personally.
