I would just say don’t limit yourself to just Tire Rack because they don’t necessarily have all available sizes for a given tire. For example, the RE71R is available in a whole slew of 19” sizes but Tire Rack only seems to have one narrow size.

About $5K or so. Don't really plan to spend too much more than that other than for wear & tear items like tires and brake pads. I think I can have the car really where I want it for another $3-5K or so. Anything more than that and I might as well take that and put it toward a Z06 or a GT3.
