You could also do the BC Forged TD06 if you want to make sure they fit: https://bcforged-na.com/monoblock/td06/
Identical design to the ESR wheel and should be available in wider sizing.
Hey man, welcome back. This sums up the current state of play: https://www.supramkv.com/threads/lets-talk-about-post-06-2020-tuning.11803/

How about calling CSG and/or Carbotech to confirm their rear pads will fit on a base model?
Project Mu HC+ would work as a street/track pad with stronger fade resistance but it will be difficult to confirm rear fitment.
Honestly, I would think the same rear pad will fit on both base and...
The funny part is that usually the manual option is cheaper than the automatic. My guess is that the manual (if it is coming) will be the same or about the same price as the automatic
If Nissan handles the new Z like prior ones, the $40K starting price will be a basic stripper model. The base...
Extreme Power House, Meraki, etc.--none of the vendors here or anywhere else have any catted downpipes in stock?
Everyone here is saying just do the catted downpipe so you may just have to wait it out like 2.0 said. The catted midpipe solution you keep coming back to is bound to be more...
I also did both for the same reason. Some people balk at the price/time of installing the rear bar versus the front and so use that as a reason to change only the front. To me, it didn't make that much sense to spend money to stiffen only the front, thereby disrupting the balance of the car.
Hard to say. If you asked someone in 1993 whether the Mk 4 would be a classic, you might have gotten the same responses you see above. I mean, even in the early 2000s, you could still find low mileage 6-speed Turbo examples in the low $30K range (if not lower). If I had to guess, the A90 will...
Fair points and I’m not saying the Z is better than the Supra or debate auto vs. manual but if there is a platform that is easier to work with, there are people that are going to move to that. A lower starting price and a manual in a turbo rear-wheel drive platform are plus factors. But if it...
I think the real question is whether it can be cracked at a much lower price point than what is currently available. I think there is a big crowd of people on the sidelines who want a tune but will never rationalize $2,500-3,000 just to unlock or get an OTS tune. They're waiting to see if...
Totally understandable. Most sports cars don't have a long shelf life, especially for an enthusiast. I like my Supra a lot but I do find myself looking at Camaro ZLEs and G80 M3s more and more. I think it would help if Toyota/BMW were a little friendlier toward tuners and enthusiasts. In...
One question I've always had about the JB4: why do we see such high increases in torque numbers compared to HP at least on pump gas maps? For the A90, the JB4 seems to unlock respectable HP increases (~20-30 whp) but eye-popping amounts of torque (~60-100 lb. ft.).
I think a member here, zrk, is using a custom JB4 map with a Pure800 setup. I don't think 550-600 whp is attainable on the stock turbo regardless of the tune or fuel but others will be more knowledgeable.
I plan to get much more track time in 2022. Is it worth joining either of SCCA or NASA (or something else) to maximize track time? The only tracks within a reasonable drive time from me are Summit Point and Dominion Raceway; I know for both you can sign up directly on the track website for...
