You know how that manual says the oil will drain out of the filter into the oil pan after you loosen it..? on my car it just decided to spill out onto the lower shroud as if there was built up pressure inside. :crazy: I've done many oil changes in my life time and I usually never have this...

If your nail can catch the scratch, it will require extensive polishing/re-clear. And if inexperienced does excessive polishing they can burn through the clear.. then you got more problems. :bonk:

I too recommend you just call them with your order number if they have a phone number. If they still do not pick up, dispute with your credit card company and let them know you tried contacting them using all available means..

It's almost a requirement for clear bra if you drive on the expressways especially in daily traffic. This is my first hobby car in a long while without running clear bra. But this is only because I only drive in low traffic, chosen surface roads only, away from everyone. My other cars run...
