I haven't had this issue, but I had a huge spillover stain on my passenger side fender where it meets the hood when my car was brand new. It was the washer fluid.. why they put so much washer fluid? I used a turkey baster to remove about 2" of fluid at the filler neck, no problem since.

I keep my cars super clean and never use "pro applied" ceramic coating or any of those long duration sealants offered by dealers. Reason is things like scratches and dings can happen and it's a royal PITA to have to have that panel redone just because I had to polish out a scratch or scuff...
