Supra is a very annoying car for some because it's at a price point that is attainable for even a lower middle class household, yet a tad bit of a reach because they realize later that they'll want to properly park the car in a garage and own a few other cars to make up for the no rear seats...
Anyone have a how stuff works animation of a crankshaft-based brake booster? I'm apparently a noobly newb to cars.. because I thought it took vacuum from the intake manifold.. now things are starting to clear up that I am authentically dumb.
But atleast now I have knowledge that since I had...
I guess I’m too dumb to understand why a crankshaft (engine) has anything to do with a brake booster (thing that amplifies my lazy right foot).
It’s like I turn on the wall switch to my desk light and the vacuum cleaner in the basement turns on. WTF..
I know for certain I've double pressed the Start button (without actually starting the car) numerous times by accident while I was supposed to hit it 3x to get the car in diagnostic mode. I have no issue with braking.
But if you think about it, in order to get the car in diagnostic mode there...
What I learned recently is if you ask a thread starter to post a picture, let alone a video, to explain what he is saying it apparently turns into a pissing contest cause he’s smarter and I’m dumber.
.. more cookies please.
I don't think I've ever gotten flack for my cars. But I don't hear things often because I'm munching on something and the crackling of chips in my mouth makes everything sound good.
Well, since you like to read..
You wrote: “The bottom top half piece appears to small for the thickness of the fob”
What is a “bottom top half piece”? Are you talking about the bottom housing or are you taking about the top housing of the fob or the cover you bought?
“To small”? You mean...
I’m glad to hear this problem will not occur to anyone before October.
There is no recall announced for the Japan market.. only in the USA (?) cause we’re always looking for opportunities to sue someone..?
If this thing is coming out of China don't expect to receive it until after the New Year. Aka if you are telling your wife you are buying this exhaust for your 2 yr old daughter's xmas present, it won't work. Tell her it's for your wife's Valentine's present.. that probably won't work either...
I see what you are saying .. literally this time. That is a nice calm look.
Hoping BMW figures out what is wrong with the brakes as I am getting an itch to get my 2nd Supra in white.
Anthracite and black is not much of a contrast.. no? I'd run the stock wheels as-is if you want contrast.
That is exactly what I am doing with stock wheels, factory CF mirror caps and misc CF bits, white lettering on my plates on my black car. I do not want any other gray scale. Beside that...
Used car places suck. Used cars suck in general unless buying from an honest friend or family. You're basically buying someone else's problem.
Don't trust what they (includes places like Carvana) show on their 'detailed' report on the cosmetics. There can be botched repairs and they won't...
I have not noticed any grease marks on my visor mirror covers. My car is a 2020.
However the mirror is defective because I keep seeing an ugly face when I look into it..?
