I doubt they can do anything. It was on you to make sure it could be flashed. This could be a very costly mistake, having to go to Toyota to explain how it got bricked, buying a new ECU, and if your service manager doesn't play ball, they'll flag your car for future warranty denials too.

Smell it. Maybe just pooled water from a wash, a puddle you drove through, could be anything. There's no water in the car, so it can't be leaking from it. Could be as simple as a predelivery wash.
Ah, sorry if I was the one who sent you that info. On the Supra there is a left and right resonated mid-pipe. You would want both (ideally). If you ran one you'd have an unpredictable outcome sound-wise.
