This is why I prefer OEM when it comes to body pieces. Aftermarket there's always issues. Poor fitment, quality, damage, missing hardware, take your pick.

Don't be an idiot. They're called SUMMER tires for a reason. It's one thing if you crash, but usually it involves hitting (and possibly killing) innocent bystanders. Keep it parked until you have proper tires on it.

Yeah, but here's the thing. Open diffs, slow steering, sloppy cable manual instead of the amazing rod driven STI manual, no Brembos (unless optioned in later years), no wing, and no rumble. And the FA blows up just as much. And the fastest FA still can't touch the fastest EJ as far as I'm aware.
You're better off going to the dealer and see if they'll take the car back and get you into another. Usually these things never fully go away. Get a lemon law process started, they might buy it back and get you in a new one.
