Hey man, don't mess with the whoosh noises
I did an intake on my STI, I hate those whoosh noises. Returned it to the stock intake after 2 weeks. It's right up there with excessive camber and bolt on flares imo :puke:
But to each their own etc.
Push it all in position, then measure the distance between the holes. Go to a hardware store and have a plate cut and drilled.
What I would do, is cut a piece of cardboard, mark the holes and use it as a template.
Without the plate, does everything line up correctly? If so, than the easiest fix would be line everything up, bolt it in place, measure the plate size you need and get a plate cut and drilled.
Since the '21 is getting some engine changes, do you think your catback will still fit? I'm assuming that the downpipe location and exhaust path will remain the same.
It's probably blowby from that water "oil" they put in to raise the average MPG's to keep the EPA happy. I know mine will go to a heavier weight right after the break in, or sooner.
In the USA the B58 gets 0w20, in the rest of the world it gets 5w30.
So mine is getting 5w30. Maybe the day I...
In case you didn't know there was already a 4 cylinder in the MkIV Supra racecar.

The GR86 with 255hp (I'm honestly thinking it's getting the same engine) will be a different market. Manual, cheap interior, lower grade everything. Baby Supra obviously gets the better looks, 2 seat layout, upscale BMW interior, etc.
