Alcantara is great! I purposely chose Alcantara over leather in my STI. Keeps you from sliding all over the seat during spirited and/or track driving. Leather is for touring. I'm very happy about the Alcantara centers.
Good lord, bunch of for lack of a better word, snowflakes. You wanted the Supra as soon as possible, you paid a premium, and NOW you're gonna cry about it? "I'll be ok if they raise the price" what kinda fucked up mentality is that!? It's ok if others get more power as long as they pay more than...
No. You want narrow tires in the snow so they bite into it instead of floating on top. I'd do a 225 squared setup on like 8 inch wide wheels. 255 is way too wide for the weight of the Supra in the snow.
As long as you have proper tires the car itself doesn't matter much. On a set of blizzaks or comparable tires any car can get through winter driving regular roads just fine.
Best Supra color I've seen so far. The highlighter yellow with the black roof and door trim is just perfect. And the little yellow line over the splitter is just icing on the cake. Stunning.
My "argument" is real simple. She got the house she wanted, she got the crap she wanted to fill it, she wears what she wants, so I drive what I want. She knows I would NEVER buy outside our means, so she doesn't say anything. I ask her if she likes it, her opinion on which colors she likes, etc...
No. On yellow cars you have 3 options. White, black, and all the greys in between.
Bronze does not work on yellow. Ever.
Props on using a 1985 Polaroid camera though lol.
I will be financing mine when it comes in. I invest the money I would've spent on the car. Interest rates are so low, it costs virtually nothing to borrow on a car, while my return on an investment is much better than what I save by buying a car for cash. So by borrowing to buy a Supra, I'm...
That is shit too. ALL the kits that are riveted/screwed on are shit and tacky. The worst part is when they throw on 2 inch spacers on each wheel to make their wheels fit.
