Marc, if you aren’t sure whether or not they are rubbing, put some blue tape in the areas that might be rubbing and then recreate the experience by driving over those dips.

good point. OP likely meant rear spoilers, but your comment is dead on. I’m not sure any kind of tape would hold on a front spoiler. Unless it was resin activated glue or something. And then it would never come off again.

You might try asking those in California that track their cars what systems they use. IIRC, every track we use in NorCal does have a hard limit of 105 db or below for track days. I instruct, but I have left my car stock. Ive seen a few other MKVs, but not had a chance to talk to them about...

If you popped a tire, you may have damaged a rim. Emphasis on May. Might want to get it checked for being out of round as well. i’ve raced cars on the track and never hit anything hard enough to pop a tire. But I have hit bumps and berms hard enough to bend a wheel. and as PaulFRDE stated...

sean, what tire sizes can you get away with in the front with 19x10 +35? I know that tire cross sections do vary a bit from manufacturer to manufacturer, but looking for advice. thanks.
