I'm trying to figure out what this hose is or does. It appears to be vacuum only. It is #2 in the diagram and connected from the intake pipe to the side of the block.
BMW has a valve that opens when under boost only to return crankcase pressure back to intake at least on the n55
Just ordered a set of these for the fronts. They were $40 shipped. Had good luck with ceramics in the past. Even if they keep the nasty brake duat down I'd be happy. Ceramics tend to stay cooler than organics too
So the air box has multiple intake silencers. If we get someone to build us some block offs I think it would really help with the sounds we as enthusiasts like to hear. I know it wouldn't be very hard and I may look around and see what I can find around the house. What do you guys think?
Looking for info on the pure turbo. How does it spool compared to stock.
Looks like it makes less torque than the stock turbo which isn't necessarily a bad thing for the drivetrain.
-Stock 450 Whp makes over 500 tq.
-Pure 500whp seems to make under 500 tq. Tune could help this.
Just...
Looks like there is already existing catless downpipes that look like they will fit.
