I have done a decent amount of reading and the common consensus for engine oil type/weight for track work is that there is no consensus. So for the folks that actually do track days, what oil type/weight are you running? As of right now, I'm leaning towards the Mobil 1 FS 0-40. Thoughts?

After a bit of searching, I was able to find that a stock suspension could yield around -1.9 of camber. Is that data accurate? Is it possible to get a bit more camber without camber plates? thanks!
