Has anyone gone with a 22 offset wheel in the rear with 19" wheels?

What is fitment like and what tires did you opt for?

Will they even work or poke too much?

Thanks

Irrelevant measurement without the width of the wheel.

Sorry. Some specifics. Wheels are currently 3 piece 18" x 11 with 22 offset old school Jap wheels.

Toying with the idea of stepping them up to 19" with new barrels and lips to get to 9.5 f and 10.5 rear final size.

Haven't bought the wheels yet cos I'm not sure if the offsets would work as I'll only be using the faces.

if you're getting new barrels you should be able to just choose your own new offsets

for 18's to look good you'd need a decent drop that springs don't go to so need coilovers. 11j et22 is fine but you'd need to run nothing wider than a 275/35 tyre, which to be honest is perfect for 11j (sorry boomers). For perfect proportions get half an inch wider lip on the rear, or if same lips then 10mm spacers on rear.
