1B9508: Engine shutdown time, plausibility: time too short in relation to engine coolant cooling

I just had this code pop up on my car, I have had multiple instances of my car shooting coolant out the reservoir and Toyota has not been able to fix it, but I'm trying to figure out if this may have something to do with it. I'm thinking maybe a coolant sensor or aux fan??

Update: coolant gauge started bouncing up and down extremely fast earlier today. pulled up diagnostics and it was bouncing between 50c and 100c. thinking something is very wrong with the thermostat. Toyota is currently blaming this issue on me checking for DTCs with bimmercode lol.

A rodent ate my wiring harness and I had to replace the driver side harness. lol
