Seriously? $85K for an already damaged example that the new buyer will have the hassle of dealing with? IMO, this is not an 85k vehicle on any day, unless it’s 700whp with significant upgrades.

A sold and titled vehicle is NOT NEW, and the next owner (as in, SECOND OWNER) will have a significant headache not only with the bumper cover replacement process, but getting Toyota to cover the cost after the vehicle has changed hands, again, regardless of what they promised you, because, ya know, they promised YOU and you alone.
