Was driving my Supra with pureturbo800 and downpipe this evening.

happened to have to MhD hooked up on manual logging.

If you are familiar with the MHD logger it records max and min values. After a pull I looked down and it said my max boost was 27 lbs. target boost was 21 lbs. it also took out 5 degrees of timing.

of course I didnā€™t have AFR gauge on. No clue why I had gear indicator instead

Does this sound even close to correct?

93 octane tune. No meth

On throttle closure (when you let off the pedal) you sometimes get a boost spike that will register as a very high number

Iā€™m also about to install the pure800. Curious what tune youā€™re running on?

The min/max reading is not indicative of if you were actually running that much boost. As stated.. when you let off. It could have been that. Or ypu were overboosting at the shift or spiking at the shift

I'm curious as to why your pulling 5 degrees of timing?? Have you logged knock count to see if this is an issue?
