Keep saying this won't be my daily.... but i keep driving it.
which leads me to:

I don't want to buckle in 4 point every day. Only at track.

1- can a 4 point be used with existing alumn bar or do i need a harness bar?

2- Can 4 point be used with stock seats? or will in need a race seat?

3- is there a set up that stock belt can be used most days and the 4 point on track days?

thanks for your patience with newbie weekend warrior.

I've seen many track junkies but only few I felt that they need bucket seat and 5 point harness. 4 point is not worth it as you may slide through bottom. seen it and if you need anything more than 3 pt. harness (OEM), you should get 5 pt.

1. the aluminum bar is too flimsy to secure it. save yourself few bucks and stick with 3 pt. it will be more secure and easier to get-in and out. Unless upgrade this to stronger connector that is welded or has multiple bolt points. Weld-on is recommended.

2. you could possibly use OEM seats /w 5 pt. harness /w hack of modification. however, this doesn't guarantee structure of the seat as it was unmodified. It is better to get a seat designed use with 5 pt. harness.

3. I guess it is possible. make sure harness buckles don't fly around while you are driving as well as if OEM buckle is not clicked in while driving in track, not sure if there's adverse affect.
