A91 & Recent 2021 Impossible to Tune / ECU manufactured after 2020/6 is locked? [WARNING: NO POLITICS]

I get that this is something that BMW owners have dealt with in the past. However, some of the information that is out there about where this lockdown occurs within the ECU makes it different than other locked ECU's in the past, if I understand this correctly. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

Given this, I know it's been asked, but I didn't see any response, can someone with a newer (post 7/20 manufacture date) supra purchase an older ECU to allow the car to be tuned?

ECU of B48/B58 manufactured after 2020/6 is locked for tuning?

My source is the dealer of Powerconcept, unfortunately we don't have any MY2021 in Taiwan currently.
Anyone has a new car can verify it?

I looked into this with my parts manager yesterday. 2 ecu's show available for order. 1 part # shows 3/19 the other one shows 7/19 date. Even when we put my a91 vin number in the system it referenced the 3/19 ecu. Also I put my 2020 LE vin # in and the system also referenced that first ecu part number dated 3/19. Of course that one my COST is $3700. The part number on the 7/19 date ecu was less than half that much. We have a call in to a rep trying to figure out what the differnece in the 7/19 ecu is. And also why a ECU with a 2020 year date is not showing available.

2021 Supra Issue with MG1 ECU Tune

I recently came across this article posted by "JACKIEJDING" He Participates in races (Supra 2020) The issue with 2021 Supra is there is no wayto Tune this 2021 Supra. Bosch has Changed the Security system.
