A96 MineralWeiss fail on bumper

Did anyone have any luck with somehow matching the A96 touchup paint with the one that is actually on the car? I had a small rock chip on front bumper, bought the BMW paint, had it applied by my detailer and....it looks bad, it's even more visible than before...not to mention that it doesn't look like a well applied spot...

On something like that, use a super fine paintbrush. You will never fully match it Bc the white is like a two stage Pearl paint. It will never match completely.

This video helped me a lot if you want to redo it or have chips in the future, just make sure you get the right paint code first. Not perfect but looks really good all things considered and way cheaper than PPF or getting whole panel repainted if you don't mind putting in a little extra effort
