Apple Car Play Volume

I've noticed a significant volume difference when I switch from satellite radio to apple car play (Spotify). Anyone else notice this or found a solution.

The audio is significantly more quite using car play vs. other methods.

Depending upon the source (phone) and method of connection (Bluetooth), you may be able to set the source volume to max prior to connection, which should increase the volume through the system.

I did try and look at the settings in spotify but couldn't seem to fix the issue.
