I just asked a local distributor/dealer here in California yesterday (I'm getting some mods done while I'm here visiting) and there were 2 already made and available (Non-resonated, Touring edition, Chrome tips).
1 in Texas (that I bought, will be here in California next week) and 1 in Pennsylvania. Nobody else has them as far as the guy was able to find.

They were at a discount to the dealer, which they passed on to me since they aren't getting much business at the moment and the dude was bored, lol.

Shipping, if you wanna rush it is about $100 to Cali, I imagine Penn to Vermont won't be that high.

I didn't have them check for the diamond black tips though. Might be more available, might be none. FYI, normal wait times are about 4 weeks from order date if there aren't any available.

Is there much difference between the res and non res?

Non resonated is raspier and louder, noticeable difference but not like the track and touring.
