Does anyone know how to read ECU date via Bimmer Code?

AFAIK, you can't. Need to physically undo 2 clips and pull the ECU up a few inches. The date is on the label. Takes 10 seconds once you know what to do, no tools needed. Several videos around showing the procedure.
