Is flashing a car through a cable safer than flashing through a wifi / Bluetooth method?

yes more reliable than a Bluetooth connection. Would only use a Bluetooth connection to monitor the car not to flash or make any changes.

WIreless flashing is faster and safe. Wifi adapters are fine. i don't trust bluetooth to flash though. I've been flashing wirelessly for years. cable is a good backup, and works as well. but can beat the Wifi 7sec flashing from MHD, lol.

yes its Wifi, not bluetooth at all.

check the video... E-series BMW but checkout the distance. F and G series flash in 6-7secs compared to this.
