Clearing codes question

Whats up guys, I had a question about clearing DME codes. I’m currently tuned on ecutek but I let my friend borrow my cable and dongle. I’ll be installing an eventuri headlight duct soon and from what I’ve read it will bring up codes for the missing headlight. I used to have BM3 and still have the cable/wifi adapter to connect to the car. My question is if I use BM3 to connect to the car and clear the codes will that cause any issues with my ecutek tune? I won’t be able to get the ecutek dongle and cable back for a while since my friend is out of state at the moment.
