I have been lucky to not have to listen to that in my area. If I hadn't seen those videos I would think that the person saying it would be very........lacking in intelligence ?

Even back in 2008 when I had 2 MKIV's and everywhere I went, random people 'IS THAT A SUPRA?'

Fuel stations and carwash places were the worst! I did meet some cool 'calm' car guys though who either owned an MKIV or were in the market.
Even today when I see an MKIV which is rare out here I still get excited myself lol Such a great looking car for its time and even today still an eye catcher. But I can't wait for to get into an MKV and build it.

I’ll note that if you search “Is that a…” on YouTube, the top three are variants are of “a Supra.” The remainder are

Is that a chicken?
Is that alright lady Gaga?
Is that a man riding a shrimp?
Is that a crab with a top-hat and monocle?

I just don’t understand it. I’m not sure why our cars are in such close competition with crustaceans.

But at least we are winning.

I say the same. Literally have only had the car for a week and a half and no joke have had "IS THAT A SUPRA?!?!?" yelled at my 4 times already.
