Hey, new forum member here. Ive been a lurker for a bit but now that I am doing some mods on the Supra I figured id start a build log and engage on the forums a bit more.

Here's a rundown and picture of the base car:

Back last summer, I bought a used 1500 mile manual transmission Stratosphere Blue 3.0 Premium from a dealer in California. At the time I bought it, the car was basically like new. The interior is all black. Nothing appeared to have been modified on the car before I bought it.

Ive been dailying it for the last year alongside my motorcycle. Ive been loving every drive. Its my first real sports car after sticking to budget trucks and hatchbacks previously. Ive recently began to do some modifications which I will go into on subsequent posts.

The first major mod is done. I went ahead and got a SH wing installed. I went with the first party carbon fiber one instead of one of the reps, not necessarily because I thought it would be better quality then the reps or whatever (since a few of the reps are supposed to be pretty high quality) but primarily because I think that they deserve the credit for having put in the actual design work for the wing.

Was a bit concerned about fitment but the body shop I had do the install did an outstanding job. I also have not really had any problems with water ingress yet which i know is another thing people commonly report with this wing. I definitely recommend the body shop to anybody in the bay area looking for work done on a supra: https://arianaautobody.com/

The last 2 mods I have done so far, are the Rexpeed carbon fiber mirror cap full replacements, and the Armaspeed carbon fiber wind deflectors to prevent the wind buffeting with the window down.

The mirror caps look great, especially with the wing, they were kinda a bitch to put on though if im being honest. extremely finicky to get all the tabs lined up just right.

The wind deflectors work pretty good, and were an easy install, I personally dont think I would install them without the complimenting mirror caps though because they draw a lot of visual attention to the area since they protrude more. They also look a bit better in person then what this close up really shows.

Just installed a boost logic exhaust and an upgraded DP. Currently waiting to get my DME back with a femto unlock. The suspense is killing me
