On other forums, vBulletin/etc., there was an option to view whole thread in one page or at least have a printable view without signatures/etc.
Quick Google search reveals that it's not easily possible with Xenforo, yet stumbled upon this:

Sure came in handy at https://www.ft86club.com/ forums.. especially when printing how-to's, guidelines..
