Got a mishimoto heat exchanger installed and noticed next day after my fitment was way off, took it back to the shop and they tried all sorts of things to get it aligned properly but no success. The car was in a front end collision with the last owner but was fixed back perfectly with no bad gaps as can be seen in the before photo. But the shop says since it was in a front end collision messing with bumpers is always a risk. Iāve been quoted $300 to fix it by a body shop. I paid $250 to get the heat exchanger installed Should I just pay the $300 and get it over with or is there something Iām missing to fix it myself?
