The faces of these are in good shape minus a couple of blemishes, but the barrels and rear lip have some scratches from mounting and dismounting the tires.

No TPMS included with these.

You would never see the scratches with tires on and wheels mounted to the car, these would be good if you’re looking to powder coat a set as well.
