Gear got stuck

Did anyone have an issue with 4th gear getting stuck on automatic mode? I floored on high way and 4th gear was trying to transition to 5th but got stuck in high rpm so I let off, switched to manual and then became fine.Then same thing happened in 5th gear in manual mode and also auto mode. My car has intake + catless downpipe + tune

Same thing happened to me on the Highway. Was playing with my buddy who was in his Supra as well. Got stuck in 4th, wouldn’t shift up or down. Had to pull off, idle down a few minutes and then restart. Was absolutely fine afterward. I’m just catless Downpipe and ECUTEK tune.

This has happened to me auto shifting no paddles from 2nd to 3rd on WOT. I’m fully oem so that weird.

Honestly, i'm not sure if this is a transmission coding issue or the actual hardware not being able to handle certain amount of torque
