Having issues with Toyoda Supra app

I can’t seem to get the Supra app to find my car, I’ve entered the Vin and I enter the code that the app sent to my car, any one else have these issues and find the fix?

Maybe location service is off? I remember in the vehicle settings there is an option to turn vehicle tracking on/off. Not sure but something to check

My vehicle tracking is off and has been off since I got the car so it might not be that

Just to make sure we're talking apples to apples.

1. You are using Supra connect, not the Toyota connect right?

2. If you are (based on your description), when you type in the code in your car, can you describe what happens?

Sorry for the many questions, just trying to help get a bit more inch for troubleshooting.

1 I’m using the Toyoda Supra app

2 once I added the vin to the app, it sent a code to the car, I put the code in the app and it said car was paired

i took a screen shot of the error

i loaded the car into the Toyoda connect website and it sees my car and says everything is good, but then I logged into the app, it does the following

Do you have wifi on?? Maybe it is a connection issue with the app.

I logged into mine but it isn't updating based on current information.

Yup. It's called Toyota Supra Connect

I get the same "unable to connect" message.
My car had 2000 miles on it when I bought it. Maybe the previous owner registered the car so now I can't. Kind of like a JB4.

That’s one of the few electronic gizmos that does work in my car . It did take forever to setup and a BMW account or something like that. But I’ll be damned.… even when my steering angle sensor, windshield rain sensor, parking sensor and you name it is not working, that damn app works

I have the same issue you are having I live in Atlanta, Ga. and this problem has been going since Nov. 30th 2022.......maybe it's a southern problem I have called Toyota C/S a number of times and they all tell me te same thing...........it's a new thing !! just wait

When I open my app it just shows supra connect and won't leave that screen.

Maybe yours works because you live in Big Apple and I live in the Peach State............better connection

I just went through this same issue. I had to go online to set it up and then log into the app while sitting in the car. If you have an apple you can plug it in and I was told it works faster.
