Here you go! Just ordered these a month ago.

-Exhaust Hangar, Rear, 17565WAA03 $20.97

-Exhaust Hangar Bracket, Rear, 90118WA547 $35.89

The first is the rubber piece, the second is the metal bracket that bolts into the chassis. These are the ones that go into the muffler section. If you need the midpipe hangar, those #s are:

- Exhaust Hangar Bracket, Mid 17572WAA01 $36.43
- Exhaust Hangar Bracket Support, Mid 17571WAA01 $36.43
- Exhaust Hangar, Mid 17565WAA01 $21.49

Also, if you need the nuts that all of the exhaust hangar brackets use:
- Nut, 90118-WA063

I've no idea, when I just searched for 16057-WAA02 this came up:
https://toyotaparts.mcgeorgetoyota.com/oem-parts/toyota-water-hose-16057waa02

Your picture seems to suggest, the hose is going to the remote radiator on driver side.
Perhaps little more search is needed... sorry for sloppy work here, didn't even realize this before you pointed out!

Honestly, I truly appreciate the help anyways! I've ordered the part, hopefully the "right" one comes. Apparently some "rodent" walked in to my engine bay and decided to chew on the top portion of the hose and caused a leak. - (Toyota)

It might be different for other trims? 2.0 or LHD?
