Lightweight battery 24/30/40Ah

Hi All,

Wanted to ask if anyone has tried using a 24Ah battery?
Or anything smaller than 60Ah?
Any electrical anomalies? issues?

Was thinking of fitting a Antigravity ATX30-HD into the trunk.
Maybe 3D print a bracket to fit it.
Going to be looking at dimensions over the weekend.

I get that 24Ah is substaintially less than the bigboi 105Ah.
Noticed the car stays on for ~5mins after shutdown.
(Learned from dashcam install/guide).

Will also be checking to see what batteries options we can select to program.

Most of the track guys are running the 60ah no problem. Less, I’m not sure, but would be nice to know if the lower ah works.

But for the electric issues, we had no real way of dealing with them other than disconnecting the battery, letting the car hard cycle, then reconnecting the battery. We suspected the dash & diff problem was related to our lithium battery (I opted for a 30 Ah battery instead of the largest 60 Ah for weight-savings), but again, no real solution on the spot other than keep trying to do laps and pray to god that the car stays functional for our fast laps.

Decided to pass on the ATX30-HD and follow advice of running 60ah.
Still planning on checking the battery programming size when I get to it.
