There are a ton of exhausts out in this price range.... and even cheaper. Not sure I would choose Magnaflow over say ECS or even Remus.

modularity for one, unless those others are the same

After putting on a downpipe the exhaust sound is so loud with stock exhaust. I don't think I need anything louder. It will get annoying after a while. I like the fact I can quite it down with normal driving mode.

From the info available, I believe the only two full exhaust available for us are Magnaflow($2.5k) and ETS($1.7k). Where as the other exhausts you named are axel back, which requires cutting of the stock exhaust.

I saw in tj hunts video he installed the magnaflow kit without mufflers. Also has rktunes downpipe & tune. He gained 14 HP peak power. But had gains in the upper rpm of more.

The more I relooked at this. Those are big gains under the curve. Not a big peak gain but big gains across the graph everywhere. He was also running the larger 3.5 mid pipe. Hmm

Same here I just did downpipe and got a ticket on the same day lol. Any louder would be overkill.

I'm more curious of gains to be had. I actually really like the sound of the stock exhaust. I like the higher pitch it has over some of the aftermarket ones I've heard

I just want to not be a total dickhead when driving late at night through subdivisions, I think this would be too loud even in “quiet” mode for me with a downpipe.

Someone let me know if I’m wrong and have heard this in person!
