First build log can be found here.

So far I put a deposit down on a 2024 Stratosphere Supra with an automatic transmission. I decided against the manual since there is absolutely no support for it in the aftermarket outside of a clutch.

Moved deposit over to the "GRMN".

I'm still in the planning phase as to what I want to do. Seems like there are front mount intercooler solutions out there, so that is something I would like to do if it isn't a huge pain in the ass.

Found who is stealing all the available parts. Excited to watch this build. You will have to let me know what you think of the rear zl1 mud flaps works with being lowered. I only used the hks springs but they were scraping on big bumps.

That is one concern of mine as well. I'll keep you posted.

Might suggest wrapping the carbon interior bits instead of painitng them matte black. Easier to maintain when scratched or scuffed and easily reversable.

I'm deciding to name this car after the black and silver color scheme that I'm going for with the exterior and engine bay. I'm using the Nocturnal A91 as a base. I am currently not focused on performance mods since the car is currently locked and I do not want to use a piggyback. Eventually I would like to get to that. I'm looking to keep all the systems in the car as functional.

Here's some before pics that I took (I'm not a photographer so bare with me):

Current parts that I have on hand:

RS*R Best-i Active Coilover:

R1 Concepts Big Brake Kit- 6 piston front and 6 piston rear with E-brake:

13 and 15 mm Spacers (To hold me over until my wheels get here):

Zl1 Rock Guards:

Cusco Strut Brace (The Blue will be painted black.)

Items that are currently on order:

  • AMS Catted Downpipe
  • Remark Catback Exhaust (I will be polishing the Tip covers to remove the burned in look)
  • Seibon MB Diffuser
  • Seibon MB Skirts
  • Seibon MB Front Lip
  • Seibon TSII Hood
  • Street Hunter Wing
  • P2uned Door Garnish
  • 20" SSR SP1 Wheels (Glossblack barrel, matte black face, Silver hardware)
    • 20x9.5 and 20x10.5
  • Michelin PS4S Tires
    • 275/30 and 305/30

Items looking to order soon:
  • AMS Charge Pipe
  • Ind Front and rear reflector set
    • I'm also thinking of just putting matte black Vinyl there as accent pieces. And it would also be cheaper
  • Intake System (Still trying to decide on one)
  • Stud kit
  • Verus Engineering Engine dressings (all in black)
  • Dash Cam

Future items after ECU is unlocked:
  • Pure 850 Rebuild (possibly have done even if the ECU is still locked)
  • Pure Stage 1 Transmission and Torque Converter Rebuild (possibly have done even if ECU is locked)
  • Engine internals upgrade
  • Tune

If anyone has any suggestions or input please feel free to let me know.

***All carbon Fiber pieces will be painted matte black with the exception of the door garnishes which will be painted Nocturnal. I also received matte black mirror caps for my car so I won't be painting the carbon fiber ones.***
Sounds like an awsome build!
Cant wait to see the seibon goodies going on. I have them on order too and been a couple of months now!

I'll actually try to get some quotes this week and weigh wrapping vs. Painting. The hood and door garnishes I definitely want painted.

Hopefully you'll get yours soon. I'll be waiting a few months as well. How long have you been waiting so far?
I have been waiting 10 weeks now, 2 weeks left is what they say but I wouldn't be too sure. In all these weeks of waiting i start wondering if i should have picked something else haha

Received the MRG 82mm Stud conversion kit with and they look amazing and was not expecting them to feel so light. I got these for the SSRs but I'm going to go ahead and throw them on the stock rims.

Nice! I wish I knew about these before purchased my extended wheel studs. Looking them up, the price seemed pretty reasonable for titanium studs and nuts.

Did you get your R-1 brake installed today? Just got mine this week and wondering if you did it yourself.
