MKIV look Rear Wing with ABE?

Hi all,
my name is Falk, I am new to the forum, even if I drive Supras since ´95.
A long time I was riding my MKIV and what I really liked was the rear wing. For the MKV there are some MKIV looking rear wings, but unfortunately all made of carbon. In an accident, Carbon breaks with knife sharp edges that´s why it is not allowed in Germany. So I am looking for a rear wing made out of another material and with a ABE would be great. I know there is not such a wing available but never give up your dreams

Is fiberglass allowed? There’s plenty of FRP MKIV/Seibon wing replicas out there if you don’t want a CF one.

unfortunately not really. For everything we would like to mount on our cars, they need to be have a technical general approval (it has to be done once by the producer of the part) or we need to let a technical specialist at the TÜV decide if it is allowed or not. For this they need another piece of the same part, where they can do material tests, so it will be destroyed. If all this is done, there is the human factor: On guy is nice and approves it , the next one says no. Thats the thing. Okay I understand it, because you can go as fast as you want on the Autobahn so things has to work.
