I'll prolly be in trouble just for that post. I'm going to delete it, I was told last time a dealer posted a pic of a pre production car like this, they sent an "incursion helicopter" to the store within 30 minutes. Just wanted to let everyone know it's real and coming!

I don't see what the big fuss is. Other members have also said the car was shown to dealers late last year.

Nice small wheel gap there, none of the 4X4 nonsense you see on a lot of other cars (looking at you, BRZ/86).

So the '2936' car has the small 17" wheels, small brakes, and smaller exhaust tips, whereas the '2926' car is seen either with the M wheels or 240i wheels, as well as larger exhaust and Brembos up front. I'm guessing these are whatever two "trims" are in testing. The '2934' car is the higher trim with the Toyota wheels.

So what do these numbers mean 2936 and 2926? I dont remember seeing them before....

Those almost look fake...but if real it looks amazing, size does remind me of the 86, the roof/hood/door vents, single wiper, the mirrors, body parts, all very cool...
